16-0059 NPFD responds for an AFA at 355 Route 32 North

02-02-16. New Paltz Fire Department responded for an automatic fire alarm at 355 Route 32 North.  Initial report said the occupants were conducting a fire drill, equipment was held up in station while C43-2 continued in to confirm.  Investigation confirmed that a fire drill was being conducted and that the fire alarm company had neglected to disable the automatic reporting system for the drill, which caused the fire department response.  Time: 09:18 Resources: C43-2
